This site is designed for adults who are willing to view adut
content. Anyone who orders a VCD from this site must be an
adult over the age of 21 and has to make sure that the
products ordered through this site will not be seen by a minor.

We ship VCDs on Gold, Silver or Blue CD-R media and 
without cover/label. Each CD will be shipped in its own protective paper sleeve.

Please note that due to Japanese law, all movies have a mosaic
censor unless otherwise noted.
We will never re-sell your e-mail address but we will get in touch 
with you to let you know of any problems with your order.

The owners of this site shall not be held responsible in the
event that a minor finds or sees this site and/or any product
bought through this site. The buyer must have checked that
this kind of products is allowed in the area he/she lives in.

This site is intended as a service for
those people who do not own a CD-R drive and would like
to exercise their right to make a copy of the original software
that they already own or have previously owned. We are allowed
to provide this service under Section 117 of the US copyright laws and we shall not be held responsible 
for any fraudulent use from customers.
We can also duplicate any CD you own and want to have duplicated. Simply email us for a quote and turnaround time. 
Please note that you are only allowed to have one backup copy of each CD. We will therefore not accept orders of multiple copies of any given item.

This site shall accept no responsibility for the misuse of the products
found on this site. We will not be held responsible for any
damage occuring to a customer's computer while using a
product sold through this site and will not give refunds if a CD
is damaged due to misuse by the customer. The only
acceptable uses of a VCD are the following: played in
CDrom drive of PC or Mac computer, and played in VCD
compatible DVD drive. All other uses are considered misuse.

Refunds will be given when products received are defective
when products  have been damaged in the mail, when the CDs will not play in your computer, or for any error on our part. 
We will not give any refund requested due to the mosaic censorship. In order for you to get a refund, you may need to return the products to us.

Cancellations: If you just placed an order and decide to cancel, please email us right away and you will not be billed.
If we have already started preparing your order, you will only have 50% of the price of each CD that we have made refunded to you.
example: you order 5 CDs at $10 each. you decide to cancel your order, but 3 of the 5 cds are ready. You will get 50% of the 3 CDs refunded to you ($15) and 100% of the price of the remaining CDs.
Remember, you are paying for a service.

U,S. customers: if by any chance your package is lost in the mail, it will be replaced.
Non U.S. customers: if you live in a country that prohibits adult material and your package is seized by the customs, we may at our sole discretion agree to send a replacement. If you choose not to have a replacement sent, you are not eligible for a refund.

Note regarding bounced checks, illegal charge backs, stolen credit cards and other forms of fraud: if you commit fraud, your personal information will be made publicly available and may be published on this web site.

By placing an order with us, you are bound by the agreement set forth in this terms and conditions page.
